What is adnsonetPathConfigRDI?
This OID controls whether the device sends a permanent remote defect indication (RDI or FERF for SDH) on the path to the far-end equipment. Engineers enable this during troubleshooting to signal a path-level problem to the remote side for testing and isolation purposes. Setting this to 'enabled' makes your device continuously tell the remote end that your path is experiencing a defect, helping to identify which side of the connection is faulty.
