ADN-MIB::adnsonetMediumLaserTransmitSignalOut counts the duration (in counter increments) that the outgoing optical signal power has been outside acceptable limits—too high or too low. Engineers monitor this to detect power supply problems, laser aging, or optical interface damage that affects transmission quality. A counter increase suggests the transmitter power regulation is failing and the device may need service soon.
