Description: Number of errored seconds (ES) encountered during the current 15-minute interval.
What is adnsonetCurrentESs?
This gauge shows the number of seconds during the last 15 minutes when at least one bit error was detected on the line. A network engineer checks this to see if the connection quality is degrading in the current monitoring window. A value of 45 means there were errors in 45 of the last 900 seconds, which is a 5% error rate—acceptable for some applications but concerning for others.
