What is adnX3UpwardsFIFOCounter?
This counter tracks how many times the buffer used to store cells arriving from the remote equipment (upward direction) overflowed, causing cells to be discarded. When upward FIFO overflows happen, cells are lost in the receive direction due to the local equipment being too slow to process them. A count of 10 upward overflows indicates you've lost 10+ batches of cells from upstream.
