What is adnX3PlcpLOFCounter?
This counter measures the duration the Physical Layer Convergence Protocol (PLCP) layer has lost frame synchronization on DS3 frames, a physical-layer timing loss. PLCP LOF indicates the optical or electrical signal timing is unstable, even if the line itself is not completely down. A PLCP LOF duration of 7000 milliseconds shows the physical layer lost timing for 7 seconds.
