Description: Number of out-of-frame (OOF) errors. Counter #29 of the ATM core, only available on BBT3Bx, BBE3Bx and BBTP3C boards.
What is adnX3OOFCounter?
This counter increments whenever the framing logic temporarily loses alignment with incoming DS3 frames—a less severe condition than LOF but still a sign of instability. Out-of-frame events indicate marginal signal quality or timing drift on the circuit. If you see 20 OOF events in a minute, the link is on the edge of failure.
