Description: Duration of DS3 application mode change. Counter #31 of the ATM core, only available on BBT3Bx boards and BBTP3C board with HATT3C applique.
What is adnX3ModeChangeCounter?
This counter records the duration the DS3 interface has undergone an application mode change, such as switching between services or retraining. Mode changes disrupt traffic and indicate the interface is reconfiguring or recovering from a fault. A mode change duration of 2000 milliseconds shows the interface spent 2 seconds changing modes.
