Description: Duration of loss-of-cell-delineation (LOCD). Counter #16 of the ATM core, only available on BBT3B and BBE3B boards.
What is adnX3LOCDCounter?
This counter tracks the duration the ATM layer has lost synchronization on cell boundaries (LOCD), preventing the interface from reading cell headers correctly. When LOCD is active, no cells can be processed and the link is functionally down at the ATM layer. An LOCD duration of 10000 milliseconds means the cell delineation was lost for 10 seconds.
