What is adnX3LCVCounter?
This counter aggregates the number of line code violations detected on the DS3 interface—bit-level encoding errors that violate the bipolar transmission rules. A rising LCV counter suggests poor signal quality or cabling issues on the physical line. If you see 500 LCVs in an hour, the link has significant quality problems that need investigation.
