What is adnX3HECUncorrectedCounter?
This counter records cells that had uncorrectable header errors and were discarded entirely by the HEC mechanism, representing lost traffic. This is a serious metric—each uncorrected HEC error is a dropped cell that breaks an ATM connection or loses data. If this counter increments, cell loss is occurring and the link needs attention.
