What is adnUCNodeConfigFlashFlag?

This flag controls whether the coupler can download and store configuration data in its flash memory, with the same three options as the code flag: disable, offline-only, or enable all updates. A network operator would use this to protect the running configuration from unplanned changes or to enforce change windows. For example, setting it to 'enableFlash' allows the operator to update coupler settings and save them to flash so they survive a reboot.
