Description: Indicates whether the SNMP agent is permitted to generate cleared traps. The value of this object provides a means whereby all cleared traps may be disabled. Common name: Trap Enable Cleared.
What is adnTrapEnableCleared?
This setting controls whether the SNMP agent sends trap notifications when alarms are cleared (enabled or disabled). You would enable this to see when problems are resolved, giving you a complete picture of system recovery events. Disabling it means you only get initial problem alerts but no notification when the issue is fixed.
