What is adnTdpIfVciMin?

Specifies the lowest Virtual Channel Identifier (VCI) number that can be assigned to user connections on this interface. Network engineers use this to understand the usable VCI range on a particular interface when assigning and provisioning circuits. If this value is 32, connections on this interface start at VCI 32 and can be assigned numbers up to the maximum limit.
