What is adnTdpIfState?
Shows the current operational state of the interface: Pending (being set up), Congested, Opened, Up, or Down. Network engineers monitor this to detect interface failures, congestion problems, or setup issues that impact network traffic flow. If this value is 3 (Opened), the interface is established and ready but might still be stabilizing before handling full traffic.
