What is adnTdpIfPCR?
This OID specifies the absolute peak rate (in cells per second) that the interface will allow, acting as the hard speed limit. You use this to prevent any single connection from exceeding line-rate capacity and to enforce service contracts. For example, if PCR is set to 10000 cells/second, no traffic on this interface can ever exceed 10,000 cells per second no matter what else tries.
