What is adnTdpIfMaxCdvIn?
This OID limits the maximum variation in delay for incoming cells, configured at interface creation time to ensure data quality. High variation causes buffers to fill inconsistently and applications to experience jitter, so this threshold enforces consistent timing. A setting of 5 milliseconds means the fastest incoming cell and slowest incoming cell can't differ by more than 5ms, or traffic is adjusted/dropped.
