What is adnTdpIfAvailCellRateIn?
This OID tracks how many ATM cells per second can still be accepted on the incoming side of the interface without exceeding capacity. A network engineer uses this to monitor whether incoming traffic still has headroom or is approaching its limit. For example, if this reads 5000 cells/second, you know you can push 5000 more cells/second into this link before hitting max capacity.
