What is adnTdpIfAvailCellRateEgress?
This integer measures the available egress (outbound) cell transmission rate in cells per second on an ATM interface, ranging from −2,147,483,648 to 2,147,483,647. A network engineer monitors this to understand remaining bandwidth capacity and make traffic-engineering decisions. For example, a value of 1000 means 1000 cells/second of unused capacity is available; a value of −1 indicates the field is not in use.
