Description: The SNMP Agent logged trap replay table. The 1100 NMS SNMP Manager uses this table to request retransmission from the SNMP agent of any traps which are stored in the Logged Trap Table.

The 1100 NMS sends an SNMP Set command, specifying a starting sequence number and an ending sequence number (e.g., 18 and 19). Both sequence numbers must be present in the Logged Trap Table for the command to be successful.

The SNMP Set command to request replay of traps must contain each of the following objects in this order: adnSaLoggedTrapReplayFirst, adnSaLoggedTrapReplayLast, adnSaLoggedTrapReplayOn. If one of the objects is missing, or the order is incorrect, an error response will be returned with an SNMP error code of genErr(5).

If both starting and ending sequence numbers are found in the Logged Traps Table, the SNMP Agent will then replay the traps, starting with the first one specified, and ending with the last one specified. If the value of adnSaLoggedTrapReplayFirst is equal to adnSaLoggedTrapReplayLast, then only one trap is replayed.

The ending sequence number may have a lower value than the starting sequence number, in the case that the trap sequence number has reached its maximum and rolled over through zero.

The SNMP Agent will look in the adnSaLoggedTrapTable using the value given in the SNMP Set request for adnSaLoggedTrapReplayPartyIndex as the adnSaLoggedTrapPartyIndex, and using the value of adnSaLoggedTrapReplayFirst as the adnSaLoggedTrapIndex.

If the first trap is found in the adnSaLoggedTrapTable, then the SNMP Agent will look for the last trap to be replayed, using the value of adnSaLoggedTrapReplayLast as the adnSaLoggedTrapIndex. If either the first trap to be replayed or the last trap to be replayed cannot be found in the adnSaLoggedTrapTable, then an error response is returned with an SNMP error code of genErr(5).

The value of adnSaLoggedTrapReplayOn is set to enabled by the 1100 NMS in the Set command, and is reset to disabled by the SNMP Agent when the command has been processed.

If the procesing of the command identifies any traps to be replayed, then these are all sent out immediately by the SNMP Agent.
