Description: The value of this object identifies the length of the Internal Network Management Protocol (INMP) response timer, measured in seconds. The timer starts whenever an INMP command is sent to another subsystem. If no reply is received within that time, the INMP command fails. The value of this object should be less than the value of adnSaSnmpTimer.
What is adnSaInmpTimer?
This timer specifies how many seconds the device waits for internal subsystems to respond to internal network management commands (typically 1-60 seconds). You would adjust this if internal communication is slow or if you want faster detection of internal component failures. Setting it to 5 means internal commands that take longer than 5 seconds will be marked as failed.
