Description: Minimum time between self-generated link state messages for the node.
What is adnRtsMinTimeBetLS?
This controls the minimum number of seconds that must pass before the node sends another routing update broadcast about itself. If this is set too low, the network gets flooded with updates; too high and changes propagate slowly. Setting this to "30" means routing updates about this node can only be sent at most once every 30 seconds.
