What is adnRtsMHTotDupLSU?

This counter tracks how many duplicate routing update messages from a neighbor were rejected and thrown away. High numbers here indicate either a network problem causing repeated messages or a neighbor with configuration issues. A value of "42" means we threw away 42 duplicate updates instead of processing them again.
