What is adnRs232OutSigState?
This read-only value displays the current state of an output signal being driven by the board—typically on or off (high or low voltage). Network engineers check this to confirm the board is properly controlling serial devices—if a signal that should be "on" is stuck "off", the board's output driver may have failed. If the "Data Terminal Ready" (DTR) output signal is "off" when the board is trying to establish a connection, the modem won't initialize, and the link will fail.
