What is adnRs232InSigState?
This read-only value shows the current state of an input signal—typically on or off (high or low voltage). Network engineers monitor signal states to diagnose serial port communication problems—a stuck signal or unexpected state indicates hardware failure, cable issues, or misconfiguration of the connected device. If the "Clear To Send" (CTS) input signal shows "off" when it should be "on", the modem or device on the other end may have powered down or the cable is disconnected.
