Description: This variable defines whether or not the post mortem dump (PMD) is enabled at the processor level. The PMD is enabled at the processor level only if it is also enabled at the board and node levels.
What is adnPmdProcessorEnableDisable?
This read-write OID controls whether post mortem dump debugging is enabled at the processor level, but only if enabled at both the board and node levels. Network engineers use this three-level hierarchy to progressively focus debugging on the processor when that is where a problem is suspected. For example, enabling PMD only at the processor level allows targeted diagnostics while keeping the rest of the device in normal operation.
