Description: This variable defines whether or not the post mortem dump (PMD) is enabled at the node level. The NMS can activate or deactivate the PMD using this variable.
What is adnPmdNodeEnableDisable?
This read-write OID controls whether post mortem dump (PMD) debugging is enabled globally at the node level. Network engineers enable this when preparing for diagnostics or troubleshooting to ensure the device captures failure information automatically when issues occur. For example, setting this to 'enable' tells the device to start collecting PMD data immediately.
