What is adnPmIsEnableStatsCollection?
This OID controls whether interval-based statistics are actively collected from all subscribing applications on the system. Network engineers enable or disable this setting when they want to start or stop performance monitoring without restarting services. For example, setting this to "enabled" activates continuous collection of interval statistics from all registered applications.
