Module: ADN-MIB

OID (symbolic): ADN-MIB::adnPmHsMakeStats

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.637.3.1.5.11.3.5

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: AdnEnableDisabled

Description: When adnPmHsMakeStats is enabled, historical statistics from all applications that have registered for the service are requested and collected in a common statistics file. After waiting the time interval defined in adnPmHsMakeStatsWindow to receive all responses, the statistics file is transferred to the Network Management System directory and the Network Management System is notified via a SNMP trap that this file is ready for transfer to the Network Management System via FTP services.

What is adnPmHsMakeStats?

ADN-MIB::adnPmHsMakeStats instructs the device to immediately request performance statistics from all applications registered for monitoring and combine them into a single file. You would enable this when you need fresh performance snapshots from all applications without waiting for the next scheduled collection cycle. Enabling this causes the device to pull real-time metrics from all monitored applications and consolidate them so you can perform an on-demand performance analysis.
