What is adnNodePathAdjNodeID?

This read-only OID stores the identifier of the adjacent (directly connected) node through which a particular path exists. Network engineers use this to trace specific routes and confirm the next hop for reaching a destination. For example, if this shows node 2.4, traffic to the destination goes next through the neighbor at area 2, machine 4.
