What is adnNodeNumPlan?
This read-only field specifies the numbering plan standard used by the node's management interface, such as E.164 for telephone networks or NSAP for ATM networks. Administrators configure management systems to understand how to parse and validate node addresses according to the correct numbering scheme. A value of 'E164' indicates the node uses international telephone numbering, so addresses should follow the format +1-xxx-xxx-xxxx.
