What is adnMinTimeBetLS?

This object stores the minimum time interval (in milliseconds) between self-generated link state messages for this node. Network engineers use this to understand and tune how frequently the node floods routing topology updates across the network. For example, a value of 500 means the node will not generate link state messages more than once every 500 milliseconds.
