What is adnLocalAddrIfIndex?

This stores which interface (port/link) a particular local address is assigned to, using the interface index number. Engineers use this to understand which physical port carries traffic for a given IP address or network identifier. A value of "2" means this local address is tied to interface number 2 on this device.
