What is adnLapParamT203IdleTimer?
This parameter specifies the maximum time (in milliseconds) the data link can remain silent before the interface sends a keepalive frame or considers the link dead. Engineers set this to detect link failures and force reestablishment; very long idle timers may miss failed equipment, while short timers waste bandwidth on keepalive probes. A value of 30000 means the link stays alive for 30 seconds with no data; the special value 2147483647 disables idle-timeout checking entirely.
