What is adnLapParamPerfEnable?
This object controls whether this interface collects performance statistics (frame counts, error rates, state changes) for monitoring and troubleshooting. Engineers enable statistics on production links to track link quality over time and detect degradation patterns before they cause outages. A value of 'enabled' means counters are updated; disabling is rarely done, only to reduce CPU load on extremely high-capacity links.
