Description: The number of LAP (link access procedure) state changes, including resets.
What is adnLapFlowStateChanges?
This counter tracks how many times the LAP interface transitioned between states (disconnected, establishing, connected, resetting) since startup. Network engineers monitor this to detect unstable links that flap (rapidly connect and disconnect), which usually indicates a hardware or configuration problem. A value of 8 means the link has reestablished 8 times; if this grows by 1 per minute, the link is unstable and needs diagnosis.
