Description: The number of times a SABME (set asynchronous balanced mode extended) was received while this interface was in data transfer state.
What is adnLapFlowLinkResets?
This counter increments each time the device received a SABME (Set Asynchronous Balanced Mode Extended) command while already in active data transfer, forcing a link reset and restart. Network engineers use this to catch unstable or flaky remote endpoints that reset the link without warning. For example, if this count jumps 10 times in an hour, the remote device is probably crashing or has a software bug that keeps restarting the protocol.
