What is adnIsomVcTime?
This OID stores a timestamp indicating when the internal subscriber virtual connection was first initialized or last brought up. An engineer uses this to track connection uptime, identify recent restarts, and correlate failures with maintenance events recorded in system logs. For example, if the timestamp shows the connection was just created 30 seconds ago, it might explain why statistics are incomplete or the connection is still stabilizing.
