What is adnIsomVcAdminState?
This read-write OID lets you set the desired state (up, down, testing) for an internal subscriber virtual connection, giving you remote control over the link. An engineer uses this to bring connections online during deployment, take them offline for maintenance, or trigger test modes without physical intervention. For example, changing this value to 'down' immediately stops this virtual connection from carrying traffic.
