What is adnIsomTrapDlci?
This OID holds the DLCI that carries SNMP trap messages from the device to the NMS, identifying the virtual circuit reserved for alarm transport. An engineer ensures this DLCI is provisioned separately from data DLCIs to guarantee alarms reach the NMS even during congestion on primary links. For example, if traps use DLCI 500 (separate from data DLCIs like 100-200), alarms will not get blocked by high data traffic.
