Description: This object contains the current state of the ISS internal connection.
What is adnIsnaIcOperState?
This read-only OID reports the current actual state of an internal subscriber connection, which may differ from the desired administrative state if the link is failed or in transition. An engineer monitors this to detect when a connection is up, down, degraded, or in an unknown state, alerting them to hardware failures or configuration issues. For instance, if adnIsnaIcAdminState is 'up' but adnIsnaIcOperState is 'down', the engineer knows the connection has failed and needs investigation.
