What is adnIfTestStartTime?
This OID records when a test sequence began, measured in hundredths of a second since the device last rebooted. Engineers use this timestamp to correlate test results with other network events and to determine the test duration. For example, a value of 18000 means the test started 180 seconds (3 minutes) after the device came online.
