What is adnIfTestBitsSentLo?
This OID stores the lower 32 bits of a counter that tracks how many test bits have been sent through an interface. Network engineers use this counter to measure link quality and verify that the equipment is transmitting data correctly during diagnostics. For example, a value of 1000000 means one million test bits were sent in the lower half of the 64-bit counter.
