What is adnIfTestBitsReceivedLo?
This OID stores the lower 32 bits of a counter tracking received test bits through an interface. Network engineers check this value to confirm that test data is arriving at the remote end and to measure end-to-end transmission success. For example, if this counter matches the sent counter, it means all test bits successfully crossed the link.
