What is adnIfTestBitsReceivedHi?
This OID stores the upper 32 bits of a counter that tracks how many test bits have been received through an interface. Engineers reference this alongside the "Lo" counter to get the full 64-bit picture of received traffic during link testing. For example, if the high counter is 5 and low is 0, that represents over 21 billion received bits.
