Description: This indicates the size of medium priority output buffer; For BBTS1C boards : the value range of the size is 0..7255 (cells); For BBTP3C boards : the value range of the size is 0..3627 (cells); For the other HSC boards with output buffers : the value range of the size is 0..16383(cells); this is not relevant for HSC boards without a medium priority output buffer (e.g. BBT1B and BBE1B).
What is adnHscBoardTrMgtMOBSize?
This integer specifies how many cells can be stored in the medium-priority output buffer, with the range depending on board type (0-7255 for BBTS1C, 0-3627 for BBTP3C, or 0-16383 for other boards). Network engineers allocate buffer space to medium-priority traffic to protect it from being crowded out by low-priority flows. For example, a value of 5000 on a BBTS1C board reserves 5000 cells for medium-priority buffering.
