What is adnHscBoardTrMgtMOBSCDTh?
This integer threshold (0 to medium buffer size) determines when selective cell discard activates for medium-priority traffic to prevent overflow. Engineers tune this value to balance protecting important traffic with removing congestion before the buffer becomes completely full. For example, a value of 3000 means start dropping low-loss-priority cells once the medium buffer fills to 3000 cells.
