What is adnHscBoardTrMgtMOBObsTh?
This OID sets the observation threshold in cells for the medium-priority output buffer on an HSC board, ranging from 0 to one less than the total buffer capacity. Engineers configure this to monitor when medium-priority traffic is approaching buffer limits, enabling traffic shaping and early congestion prevention. A value of 50 means the medium-priority counter will increment once the buffer fills to 50 cells.
