What is adnHscBoardTrMgtMOBEFCICounter?
This counter tracks how many times Explicit Forward Congestion Indication (EFCI) was sent on the medium-priority buffer to signal downstream devices about congestion conditions. Network engineers monitor this to see how often the switch is notifying upstream sources to back off sending medium-priority traffic, which helps prevent further congestion. A counter value of 78 means the buffer has sent 78 congestion signals, prompting upstream sources to reduce transmission rates.
