Description: The counter associated with the number of observation threshold overpassings on low priority output buffer; this counter is not relevant for HSC boards without a low priority output buffer, the BBE1B, the BBT1B boards, the BBTP3C boards and for the BBTS1C boards.
What is adnHscBoardTrMgtLOBObsCounter?
This counter increments each time a cell is received for the low-priority buffer while the buffer fills to or above the observation threshold level. Network engineers review this to understand how often low-priority traffic is approaching capacity, which helps them manage traffic classes and prevent sustained congestion. If the counter shows 8900, the low-priority buffer has exceeded its observation level 8900 times.
