Description: This indicates the Explicit Forward Congestion Indication (EFCI) desactivation threshold in low priority output buffer (OB); EFCI is generated towards the receiver termination point, in order to prevent congestion situation to be encountered within the output buffer; EFCI tagging is activated as soon as the activation threshold is reached; EFCI tagging is stopped as soon as the filling of the OB is below the EFCI desactivation threshold; the EFCI desactivation threshold is equal to the activation threshold minus 1/10 of the activation threshold; the value range of the threshold is 0..adnHscBoardTrMgtLOBSize; this is only relevant for HSC board with a low priority output buffer.

What is adnHscBoardTrMgtLOBEFCIOffTh?

This read-only integer sets the deactivation threshold for EFCI congestion signals on low-priority buffers, creating a hysteresis band that stabilizes flow control. Engineers rely on this automatic hysteresis to prevent constant switching between congestion warnings and clear signals. For example, with on-threshold at 10000 and off-threshold at 7000, congestion warnings stop once the buffer falls below 7000 cells.
